Baptismal Font Reveal!

After twelve months of planning, design, bidding, and yes, rebidding, we are proud to present the artist’s rendering of our new Baptismal Font! It is a work of simplicity and elegance that complements our environment! This is a font worthy of the Sacrament of Baptism, an invitation to remember our baptismal promises each time we dip our hands and make the Sign of the Cross.

Thank You to our Generous Donors – Lollapalooza 2016, the Knights of Columbus and private donors, have already contributed $40,000 of the lowest bid - $65,000.  Another $25,000 is needed.   We ask for your prayers and financial support.  All funds raised over the cost of the font will be placed in Good Shepherd’s Building Fund, restricted for repairs and maintenance of capital projects.

To contribute please go to to donate by credit card. If you would like to give using cash or check please drop your donation in the Collection Basket or bring to the Church Office.  Make checks payable to Good Shepherd with “FONT” in the memo line.
