Finance Council / Consejo Finaciero

Assists pastor with financial management of parish finances including annual budget review, supervision of operations, establishment of financial policies and controls, etc. Positions are filled by invitation as vacancies arise.

Current Members: Fr. Jim Ludwikoski, Kay Atchison, Dan Beattie, Mark Hyde, Lauren Larson, Rita Lavery, Mike Meurer (Chair) and Ex Officio Members: Steve Lemons, Mary Losik, Ann McGuff and Rebecca Slattery.

Pastoral Advisory Council (PAC)

Advises pastor in areas of present operations and future goals of the parish, oversees the parish strategic plan to ensure the vision of Good Shepherd Faith Community and serve as liaisons to the seven pastoral councils shown below. The Council is comprised of the pastor, seven adult members, each serving three-year terms and a staff liaison. Positions will be filled by discernment held next on Wednesday, May 3, 2017.

  • Christian Formation/ (Formacion Cristiana) promotes the ongoing spiritual formation of the parish community and all its individual members.   • Outreach and Social Justice / (Difusion y Justicia Social) coordinates parish outreach projects, develops an understanding of Catholic Social teachings and advocates for the poor and vulnerable among us and around us.   • Stewardship / (Desarrollo de Recursos y Talentos) enhances the understanding of stewardship as a way of life, encourages generosity in our daily lives and works for an increase of Time, Talent and Treasure.
