Veronica is originally from Guadalajara, graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Education and in 2005 had the opportunity to move here to the United States as a Spanish teacher for a Montessori preschool. She is married to Peter Olivarez and lives in Olathe,KS with her 3 children: Juan Pablo, Sophia and Thomas. Veronica started as a volunteer in the religious education program for St. Paul eventually worked as coordinator for the program. She is excited to serve God here at our parish Good Shepherd.
