Shepherds of Comfort is a volunteer choir that sings for funerals. The foundation of this choir has been members of the adult choir who are available during the day or any other volunteer that wants to sing. Funerals for our parishioners can be any day of the week, except Sunday, with the time set to fit the family’s need. Rehearsal is 45 minutes before the funeral.

The funeral choir was started in the early 1990’s when a choir member asked the music director about starting a choir that would help comfort the grieving families. It has been a blessing to our parish since then and a special ministry for those who participate.
